The Eight Manifestations of Padmasambhava do not depict different Padmasambhavas, but reflect his ability to appear according to different needs and demands. In fact, they are called in Tibetan "Guru Tsen Gye".
The eight ‘names’ of the Guru; each manifestation demonstrates a different principle that unveils the innermost nature of mind. As Guru Rinpoche said: “Mind itself is Padmasambhava; there is no practice or meditation apart from that.” Guru Orgyen Dorje Chang ,The vajra-holder,shown dark blue in color in the attire of the Sambhogakaya. Depicted in union with consort.
The first great manifestation - Guru Pema Gyalpo
The first emanation is called Guru Padma Gyalpo. Gyalpo means king. Guru Padma Gyalpo is the form in which Guru Padmasambhava originally appeared in our world.
In this form, Guru Rinpoche is depicted as a young prince with his left leg folded in his lap and his right leg extended and set on a lotus, ready to act; with his right hand he plays the damaru and with his left hand, he displays a mirror.
This is the precious statue of Pema Gyalpo, one of the great manifestation of Guru Rinpoche. The statue is a terma tresure revealed by the 15th Karmapa. In this picture, The precious statue of Pema Gyalpo is currently kept by His Holiness the 17th Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje.

For those in whom the precious Bodhichitta has not arisen
May it arise and not decrease
But increase further and further.
Nagarjuna's Dedication of Merit
By this merit may we obtain omniscience then.
Having defeated the enemies wrong-doings.
May we liberate migrators from the ocean of existence.
With its stormy waves of birth, old age, sickness and death.
