Happy life goes on in the hidden valley

Location Map
The plateau of the Valley
Kyimolung is geographically located in the Nubri valley, as mentioned Kyimolung which means the happiness. The term of happiness to the outsiders may consider it as the opposite facts of life.  Located at a high altitude and above sea levels, life is constantly, facing many hardships, uncertainties and it could be a suffering life in the eyes of the visiting foreigners, many foreign visitors have had  their very emotional reactions to this complete strange and harsh living environment , especially those who are "considered" they are living in their luxurious comfort zones.
Mother and her kids
Children aged 4-5 are the most common domestic farm helpers
Young children are farming under the hot sun
A common living environment
A 5 years old kid learn how cooking himself
The most simplest necessity such as the water supplying, electricity, education facility, medication, health care, basis road access, transportation are virtually none exists. Some children who are living in the most isolated and remote inaccessible areas in the valley will be the prime suffering group of people, and the unfortunate children will never be able to receive their basis study from smaller centers and even go to the Monastery to receive teachings. Another factor of life is the low mortality rate due to the poor living conditions, and as well as the relatively shortened lifespan is the common threat among the local community, the common threats are attributed from the lacking modern medication, nutritions what the villagers are experienced in today's world.
Despite of what the villagers and children are facing with the uncertainties and challenges under such a harsh living environment, but then again the quality of happiness of the children and the villagers are untouchable as they are living under the the noble teaching of the Buddhas of what is impermanent and what the cause of conditions and suffering.
