The 8 Principal Dharma Protectors,Yaman and Yamantaka (Part 2 and 3)

Dharma Protector prayer day according to the Tibetan month calendar and the Dharma Protectors prayer day is to be done on the 29th of the Tibetan lunar month calendar, and this is also to be known as the 'Dharmapala' day.

There are certain days are considered auspicious day for certain practices, and on these particular days of the practices,  the effects of positive or negative actions are multiplied 100 times.

From their looks you might think they are evils and the demonic terrifying appeances. But Dharmapalas are wrathful bodhisattvas who protect Buddhists and the Dharma. Their terrifying appearance is meant to frighten forces of evil. The eight Dharmapalas listed blow are considered the principal Dharmapalas.

Manjushri Bodhisattva appeared in Vajrayana.
Manjushri Bodhisattva appeared in Mahayana.

Yamantaka, He represents death. In legend, he was a holy man meditating in a cave when robbers entered the cave with a stolen bull and cut off the bull's head. When they realized the holy man had seen them, the robbers cut off his head also.

The holy man put on the bull's head and assumed the terrible form of Yama. He killed the robbers, drank their blood, and threatened all of Tibet. Then Manjushri, Bodhisattva of Wisdom, manifested as Yamantaka and defeated Yama. Yama became a protector of Buddhism.

The 8 Principal Dharma Protectors, Mahakala (Part 1)

Dharma Protector day or known as the Dharmapala prayer day is to be done on the every 29th of the Tibetan lunar calendar,.

There are certain days are considered auspicious day for certain practices, and on these particular days of the practices,  the effects of positive or negative actions are multiplied 100 times.

From their looks you might think they are evils and the demonic terrifying appearances. But Dharmapalas are wrathful bodhisattvas who protect Buddhists and the Dharma. Their terrifying appearance is meant to frighten forces of evil.
Mahakala is the high level of Dharma protectors , he is the well known Dharma protectors and he is the wrathful manifestation of the compassion of Chenrizig (In Tibetan) or Avalokitesvara (In Sanskrit) Kuan Yin (In Chinese) Bodhisattva.

Mahakala uses his power to protect the temples, monasteries, protect the precious Vajrayana teachings and help other Dharma practitioners. He is typically black color. Just as all colors are absorbed and dissolved into black, all names and forms are said to melt into those of Mahakala, symbolizing his all-embracing, comprehensive nature.

Black can also represent the total absence of color, and again in this case it signifies the nature of Mahakala as ultimate or absolute reality. Mahakala he is always depicted with a crown of five skulls, which represent the transmutation of the five negative afflictions into the Five wisdoms. The wisdom are representations of the five qualities of the  Buddhas.

The Top 100 Job Interview Questions And Answers

Dear Job Seeker,

If the prospect of your next job interview is playing on your mind, then this is going to be the most important message you'll read today, because in the next few paragraphs, I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to do to make any hiring manager desperate to employ you!

If you've ever walked out of an interview with your head down and your shoulders up, you’ll know what I'm talking about. It’s that gut wrenching certainty that you've blown that one shot at your dream job – the interview.

What went wrong? Your resume matched the job perfectly, your skills and achievements were second to none but you messed up so badly on the questions – and why was the hiring manager sitting there with his arms folded and an expression on his face like you just insulted his mom?

You see, the truth is...in today’s fiercely competitive job market where every vacancy attracts countless applicants, it is vital to stay ahead of the competition.
Here why...

Tell me about yourself
The ‘tell me about your self’ interview question should be expected in most interviews, and it is usually one of the first questions that the hiring manager will pull out of the bag. It seems like a fairly informal question, but knowing how to describe yourself in a concise and positive way will set the tone for the rest of the interview, so don’t drop your guard!

When answering this question, avoid telling your life story. What the hiring manager really wants to know is how you feel your life experience is relevant to the position you have applied for. Before you attend the interview, have a think about your highest achievements and consider how you could apply those to the job you are being interviewed for.

Don’t aimlessly chatter away about your hobbies and interests.

Do include specific achievements from your past which are relevant to this job. This can include work-place achievements, educational achievements and relevant out of work activities.

Do pick two or three of your achievements to talk about. Any more than that is overkill.

Sample response:
‘I belong to a debating society which I attend in my free time. From this I have learnt very strong negotiating skills which have served me very well during the last three years working as a Sales Manager. As a result, I recently won a big contract for my employer which will ensure our sales targets are exceeded for this financial quarter. While working for a previous employer, I introduced an innovative sales method which resulted in my sales team achieving their annual sales targets six weeks before the deadline and earning the whole team a bonus.

A proven and tested interview system that actually works!
When you get this interview guide, you'll get much more than just a set of interview questions...

My insider’s guide will take you step by step through the key stages of interview preparation, from what you need to know about the company to what you need to know about yourself.

I’ll take you through the research needed to ensure your success on the day of your interview.

I’ll explain the significance of telephone interviews and the real reason that employers use them, why a positive attitude is your most vital asset and how your body language may be sending out subconscious signals of aggression, anxiety – or both - that will trip you up before you even crawl to that first hurdle.

I’ll explain why every second counts, not just from the moment you enter the building but sometimes before you even reach the parking lot.

I include the top 100 interview questions and provide you with detailed answers covering competency (behavioral) and non-competency based questions

How impermanent can break our heart - Nepal Disasters

How impermanent can break your heart  無常,可以打破你的心-尼泊爾
Uplifting" is something which raises or elevates your soul or spirit. In this world where finding peace and encouragement is quite an uphill task, uplifting quotes and sayings provide you relief, encouragement and the will to carry on. Even words of praise or laudatory remarks from someone do us a lot of good and instill hope in our being.

When stuck in adversities, it is very easy to give up and quit. When facing troublesome times, one should always seek the aid of some uplifting advice, helps which provide peace to the mind and give us the strength to just hang in there and take the bull by the horns.

Not everyone can talk or write in a manner so as to uplift someone else's wounded spirit. To uplift your soul, you have to be the hero at times. Don't let the hope go in times of uncertainty and challenges and just keep working hard towards your goal or ultimate motive in life.
Please Stay Strong Nepal ! This is the only word I can think of now and I can’t continue to keep writing something that others had been written more than a thousand times…

For suppressing earthquakes. (Prayer Text , Click Here to view in PDF format)
Recite the mantra as many times as possible. It is okay to recite it without the lung but do ask for it if you have the opportunity to get the oral tranmission.

May our prayer's merits to be dedicated to those who had perished and be Rest in Peace and may those be calmly cross over to the afterworld. May our prayers to provide for those victims and the affected ones the strength and courage they need in order to handle this difficult moment successfully.

What's the story behind an Asian millionaire ?

Hi, my name is Patrick Chan, the best-selling author of Wake Up Millionaire and many other multiple books.

During this video, I’m going to share with you how you can generate income from the Internet. I know, it’s quite a big claim to make… but you’ll see how easily it can be done at the end of this video because I’ve done it.

But before I continue any further, let me share with you a little bit about myself so that you know that I’m real. The fact is, there is a lot of “noise” out there, sometimes, you don’t even know who’s real and who isn’t.

Firstly, I don’t hide behind a computer screen. This is me and to find out more about the passion of my success, and to find out more :-

Shakyamuni Buddha Purnima/Visakha Wesak Day 2295BE.

Lumbini Garden's birthplace of the Buddha decoration

May 03, 2015 Sunday is a day with many special events and prayers :-

1) Shakyamuni Buddha Purnima/Visakha 2295BE.

2) Full Moon Day

3) Amithabha Buddha Prayer Day

4) Sojong Practices ( 8 Precepts Practice)

5) Om Mani Pad Me Hum prayers for the earthquake disaster victims and the affected ones for Nepal, Tibet, India.

6) According to Vajrayana practice, on this day, the effects of positive and negative actions are multiplied by 10,000,000 times.

The last two days had been a very busy day for me at the Buddhist center. Many special prayers are scheduled simultaneously at the same day on May 03, 2015.
Afterbirth, the Buddha began walk on the 7 lotus steps
He stopped with his noble voice shouted:
" I am the chief of the world,
Eldest am I in the world,
Foremost am I in the world,
 This is the last birth,
There is now no more coming to be."

This will be our preparations and flowers decorations for the bathing ceremony of the Shakyamumi Buddha to commemorates the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and parinirvana (passing).
Me and my other Buddhist committees are not an artist nor a florist, but somehow the ideas or instincts will naturally lead us to an amazing exploration. Example, will be how to transform the lotus blossoms in its natural way and how to decorate the birthplace of the Buddha's Lumbini Garden.
Shakyamuni Buddha Purnima/Visakha 2295BE.

Its known as the Wesak day in many Asian countries. In Tibet it is known as the Saga Dawa Duchen.
(Tibet will only commemorates on the common calendar date, June 02, 2015)
Shakyamuni Buddha in His Parinirvana stage

Shakyamuni Buddha Purnima/Visakha 2295BE. Its known as the Wesak day. It's a full moon day that commemorates the Buddha's birth, enlightenment and parinirvana (passing).
According to Vajrayana practice, on this day, the effects of positive and negative actions are multiplied by 10,000,000 times.

By evening 7.00pm-8.30pm local GMT will be the Chenrezig aspiration prayers of Om Mani Padme Hum for the earthquake disaster victims and the affected ones of Nepal, Tibet and India.
