What makes us special makes us strong

What makes us special makes us strong
I choose goodness, integrity and dignity it does not make me weaker.
I understood that goodness is our human instinct, that is one cannot be evil, and if its a malicious, such ruthless act will be accountable by it’s own Karmic forces.

In today’s world, how could we ever comprehend more evidently about the general population who are living appropriate alongside of us? For the most part , these are the people who live like us, who appear like us, however they don’t act or behave like us.

Do we know why there are such a large number of merciless battles against each other, many individuals fight compellingly without any solid reasons. Everyone’s having its own one of a kind, very own unique culture, backdrop and distinctive religions beliefs.

Nevertheless, there are so many individuals engaging in a violence, hostile or aggression toward others for the sake of their religion.
These are the ideas of conviction of our present day society:
  • People will fight for their religion in all causes,
  • People will die for their religion in all causes,
  • Yet, unfortunately people never learn and practice their religion diligently.

Our Lord Shakyamuni Buddha taught us before, it’s all about the five Kleshas or the five toxic minds. The five toxins and its key standards are as per the following:
1) Desire
2) Anger, hatred,
3) Ignorance
4) Pride
5) Jealously, envy

These five key standards can be additionally integrated into the three key guideline toxic minds:
1) Ignorance
2) Desire
3) Hatred or anger

How to practice mindfulness and self-reflection ?
How to manage when a time of intense difficulty, trouble, or crisis?
An authentic and useful mindfulness and reflection techniques do not affect your works and daily life. You don’t need to mastermind time to practice, you can even practice when you are walking. You can take a shot at walking and be aware of the movement onto the foot as the body pushes ahead and to stroll around at any speed.

Watch your progression and walk gradually and breath in normally. Besides, in reality it can be balanced for strolling around the street, similarly the length of you recall to concentrate in the city lights, different people, and not taking after a machine. This is to evacuate our look and helps you look after core interest.

The practice concentrates on your breaths, breathing in and out tenderly and be mindful. Being mindfulness has helped us to acquire comprehension of how our contemplation interface with. At whatever time, wherever can fundamentally by doing 10 minute reflection and contemplation.

By doing 10 minute reflection and contemplation. Any changes of reality, its inside the methodology of contemplation. This is known as the self reflection. A reflection helps every one of us with understanding our heart, conduct and end up being more prepared and aware of the consistent changes in life.
A reflection, similar to you are taking a gander at the mirror and it mirroring your self, however the mirror itself stay untouchable by any progressions or development. What is touchable is reflecting or looking like of our contemplation.

Take the Dharma as a mirror and investigate yourself, take the Dharma as a scale and measure yourself well before you realize that you are good or evil, otherwise it cannot be distinguished and recognized. People are selfish arrogance, the eyes see is the shortcomings and inadequacies of others, are their own preferences, they cannot see the benefits of others, but see their own problems.

So constantly accuse others, and do not have the foggiest idea about their own missteps, will not consider each other’s emotions, only consider their own sentiments. In order to practice the mindfulness and reflection meditation, we ought to cultivate these practices daily.
For instance, in the wake of getting up in the morning, you can meditate and reflect for 10 minutes to half an hour. Sit well after the first exhaled out: Inhale, then accompanied by breath, the possibility of the toxic substance minds, such as greed, hatred, ignorance and other negative toxins thoughts from the nostrils exhaled out of the body; this row three times. At that point, unobtrusively stay quiet for some time.

Do not underestimate the more than 10-minute practice, from here to get more settled, will give you an entire day attitude input positive vitality, play a good role in adjusting.
Before going to bed at night, it’s best to meditate for a few minutes. At this time meditation, like through massage to remove the physical fatigue, gently sit for a while, the inner exhaustion and clutter vanish. It can be said that this is a psychological massage that help us to free from stress and anxiety mentally and physically.

Finding Inner Strength

在藏語中有一句諺語: "悲劇應該被用來作為力量的源泉。不管有什麼困難, 經歷多麼痛苦, 如果我們失去了希望, 那就是我們真正的災難。
第十四達賴喇嘛

There is a saying in Tibetan, “Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.” No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster - His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama.

Finding the inner strength is a driving force of the never-ending spirits of every living being on earth. It is likewise worth recollecting that the time of the most prominent gains in term of wisdom and inner strength is often that of the greatest difficulty. But with the right approach, the experience of agony can open our eyes to reality.

Infrequently you need to sacrifice a little within first to rise again as a stronger and smarter of yourself. Nobody gets through life without losing someone they cherish, someone they need, or something they thought was intended to be. Undoubtedly, these dreadful experiences were merciless. Each of them, naturally, thumped us down and disoriented for a period.

When our time of grieving was over in each individual circumstance, Yet, it is these misfortunes that make us stronger and eventually progress toward future opportunities for evolution and help us with a greater comprehension and respect for life.

Walking the earth for thousands of years, we human beings certainly survived a lot. We persevered and still do. But how was the story told? How did our ancestors depict it, our strength? For those who have been wondering, here are the emblem of inner strength and their meanings across cultures around the Himalayas.
On March 17, 1959, It was one of the most oppressive and strenuous moments of his life. His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama was given casual civilian clothes to replace his usual maroon robes. The spiritual leader of the Tibetan people was spirited away from Lhasa. Two weeks later he crossed into India.

Over more than 80,000 of his compatriots followed. They traveled by night and slept in the snowy mountain passes during the day. Hundreds fell down from hunger and exhaustion. Those who survived found themselves in an unfamiliar terrain, surrounded by strange people with outlandish customs and practices.
Exactly 58 years after this initial exodus, over 150,000 Tibetans are still scattered across these alien landscapes, unable to return to their occupied homeland. If it hasn’t happened to you, you can never completely understand. Once you have lost your homeland you develop a completely different mindset, a strange mentality of loss and longing. It really is a mental condition and we all have it. Under this surface we are all distressed.

An estimation of 2,000 make the crossing each year, over the Himalayas, into Nepal. Most stay briefly at a UN reception center before moving on to India. Of the Tibetans living away from their homeland, it is estimated about more than 200,000 live in India, 50,000 in Nepal, 30,000 in the US and Canada, thousands in Bhutan and in Europe. With more than 10,000
more scattered around the rest of the planet.
Tibetans in Tibet today, they giggle at the Chinese forces and not pestering the presence of the Chinese forces that carry the gun and machinery. The inner strength of nonviolence is significantly more effective than  Chinese weapons, machinery and money power.

The Eight Auspicious Symbols of Vajrayana Buddhism 西藏金剛佛教的吉祥八宝象徵
The Eight Auspicious Symbols are one of the most common yet very popular in the Tibetan Buddhism and culture for over thousands of years.

Eight Auspicious Symbols in the Sanskrit word is  "Ashtamangala". In the Tibetan language is known as "Tashee-tag-gyay" The Eight Auspicious Symbols of Buddhism is a genre of Buddhist symbolism. The symbols derive from Indian iconography and have become especially popular in Tibetan Buddhism.

The Eight Auspicious Symbols are traditionally offered to Lama, teachers during long life ceremonies and are used in various forms of ritual art. It is believed that each of the Tibetan symbols represents one aspect of the Buddha’s teachings and when appearing all together their powers are multiplied.
In this fascinating study, the Eight Auspicious Symbols are as follows:-
1. Right-Coiled White Conch Shell
2. Precious Parasol
3. Victory Banner
4. Golden Fishes
5. Dharma Wheel
6. Endless Knot
7. Lotus Flower
8. Treasure Vase

These eight symbols of good fortune represent the offerings made by the gods, and Brahma to Shakyamuni Buddha immediately after he attained enlightenment.
Legend has it, the Heavenly Brahma, the Four Faced god was the first to appear with an offering of a thousand-spoked golden wheel, requesting Buddha Shakyamuni to turn the teaching of the Dharma wheel to benefit all beings.

The great Indra god appeared next and presented with a white right-spiraling conch shell as a symbol of the proclamation of the Dharma. Following appeared next was the goddess of mother earth Sthavara who had borne witness to the Buddha's enlightenment, presented with a golden vase full of the nectar of
immortality.

For details of The Eight Auspicious Symbols, please refer to my article that had posted at the following:

Confronting challenges make you strong and resilient

Confronting challenges make you strong and resilient
It is difficult to in a world of increasing challenges. The world becomes more complex and changes rapidly. Sometimes it's not easy to stay calm.

Challenges and difficulties are a part of day-to-day existence. They make us stronger and without them life becomes some degree of trivial because we don't have anything to contrast the greater circumstances with.

These challenges and difficulties come in many structures. For a few, the challenge is doing admirably at school, for others it is getting to grip with financial worries. But, paying little respect to the challenge, looking up to it is critical.

Doing as such will influence you to feel like you can manage yourself, it will likewise influence you to comprehend the value of what you have now. Looking up to challenges and living through them gives us the experiences that make up our lives.
Everyone experiences times when their lives appear to be enormously unpleasant, or their issues unconquerable. In any case, it's critical take into consideration that, whatever the issue, there is practically often an answer. Confronting challenges in an approach to drive ourselves and see what we are capable of.

Correspondingly, when we think again about intense circumstances, we can be satisfied for how we managed the challenge and counseled ourselves that life improves and challenges don't seem to be generally offensive or dreadful.
Preside over your challenges conventionally.
Keeping tranquil under apprehensiveness. When a situation begins to appear, you feel your emotions are furious and don't lose control. Calm down rather than escape resentfully because you can't handle it.

When you are never again impulsive and overreacting, you have greater opportunity to measure your decisions and find the most intelligent path forward.
In the heart of 10, it looks trite, but it works. Pause, take a deep breath and think carefully before you react emotionally to something.

Composing your thoughts in a journal can help you clear things up and keep you calm. If you need to settle on an important decision, or you feel sad about something, keep your emotions in words, and then read and reflect.

Challenging yourself to achieve better on a test, run faster in a race or gain some new useful knowledge can be very amusing! Why not give yourself a fun challenge today? For what reason not give yourself a fun challenge today?

Love is love

Love is love,
You don't have to touch it to know
Love is everywhere you go

You don't have to touch it to feel

The definition of love
As human beings, we are searching for the same thing  - Love

When we are in a relationship or seeing someone, be it sentimental or companions. We believe that the love is valid.  I would like to share with you there is another kind of love is indeed exceptionally vital and crucial than any conventional love.

When you are with your companions. Your friends love you since you have made them cheerful and happy.
What love that are no boundaries and unconditional?
It is our parental love. Our mother and father, they cherish us even before we would figure out how to speak. Our parents love us before we were even conceived. Particularly when a woman becomes a mother, everything changes.

The most imperative thing is never again her, it’s her child. The child turns into the most essential thing in her life. Our mother must be careful about what she eats. She is never again having any of her most loved or any of her consistent sustenance that she adores to.
She cannot have the craving for any unhealthy food , whether is excessively hot and spicy, sweet or sour. Since the child will get the sustenance as well.

So everything changes, when you are with your companions, your companions will only love you for whatever length of time that they can. If you somehow happened to accomplish something that disillusions them, somehow managed to accomplish something that breaks the friendship,  the love won't be as solid as it used to be.

However, regardless of what you do, If you are a an awful or great person. Our parents will dependably love you regardless of how and till the end. The love that they have for you is unconditional or unrestricted. It is more essential than whatever other love that you will know.
It is so important for us to return the favor. Return and give back the love and affection to your parents. In the event that you say that your parents were never around, they have never taken care of you. Simply recall that they have given you the greatest endowment of all, the gift of life. Your body, your good looks, all these were given by your parents.

Your body is worth more than any measure of money can count, and it was altogether given to you by your parents. So do make sure to repay, the kind favor, even however, we can’t, yet we can do our best to repay the favor, by being a decent child and take care of them when they grow old. Be there for them when they require you.

Do you earnestly cherish our devoted work? Assuming this is the case, would you consider making a donation for our Buddhist research and development. We need you to help secure the future of scholarly interaction with Buddhism. Your generosity will certainly help us improve our works and to achieve for a better and brighter prospect to come.

The Living Journal - What lies ahead?

You never know which footstep will bring a good twist in life,
So keep on walking and have reflection daily,
Happiness comes when it is most unexpected,
Such is reality and the reflection is valuable,
Try not to hold up until the point,
That you are encountering a hardship to comprehend your spiritual nature.

In the face of so much suffering, of problems that appear to be difficult to explain, it is easy to despair.  To consume ourselves with rage and frustration, or to escape into all the distractions and false comforts on offer.  All of these reactions serve only to reinforce our anger, frustration and fear, which in turn creates more reactivity, in ourselves and in the people we interact with.

Aware of the suffering brought about when we impose our views on others, we are determined not to constrain others, even our children, by any means whatsoever — such as authority, threat, money, propaganda, or indoctrination — to embrace our perspectives.
We are committed to respecting the right of others to be different, to choose what to believe and how to decide. We will, however, learn to help others let go of and transform narrowness through loving speech and compassionate dialogue. Reaching our goals has never been easier; that is why we need Dharma and others by our side. We are all having so many explanations and definitions of what happiness is and what it means to all of us.

It doesn't matter what come to us; the challenges, crossroads, and lifestyle changes you come across in your life, at the end of the day, your happiness is what truly matters most. Whether you’re single or in a relationship, a single parent with children, you are having a busy work life or whatever the circumstances are, it’s important to know how to be happy.
When you know what makes you truly happy, practice self-love first, take care of yourself and step out of your comfort zone, you will be able to see how powerful being self-happy alone can be. If you don’t know what is going to make you happy, how can you expect someone else to? You need to know and experience what real love and happiness is like by yourself before you commit to loving someone else.

It might be scary at first, but here are some ideas that can help you to feel more positive about being negative. Get to know yourself by spending some time alone in solitude. Do something that will help you relax and focus on your mind, body and soul.
Have a reflection of what make you happy and what is not, contemplate it and letting go what holding you so negatively, so tightening up yourself, and visualize a smiling face of the Buddha, Arya Taras , your love ones, embrace it and merge with these positive smiling faces and stay with it.  Try to do the reflections regularly, It helps us all loosening up ourselves and stay positively and transform suffering into compassion and a positive way of life.
